Throughout his career, Rick has held roles spanning technician, service manager, technical support manager, factory trainer, and program builder. He has worked extensively with Kohler generators, led dealer development initiatives across the Western U.S., and helped organizations achieve top-tier dealer recognition.

At Legacy, Rick supports sales growth, develops electrical contractor relationships, assists with project management and specifications, and provides technical guidance to both customers and internal teams.
