Lead Generator Technician ~ Olalla, WA Minimize

Lead Generator Technician

Essential Functions:

  • Must be able to plan, organize and coordinate all resources required to direct a project in the timely diagnosis and repair of generators within a maintenance window.
  • Must comply with and enforce all company safety standards.
  • Must be able to accommodate occasional out of town travel.
  • Ability to lift over 75 Pounds.
  • Must have the ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
  • Manage supplies, tools, equipment, components, and logistics for multiple jobs.
  • Ability to manage crew for cost effective and timely project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass pre-hire Drug Screen and random Drug Testing.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Great physical condition and stamina.
  • Exceptional personal and electronic communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, team player, goal oriented professional.

Education and Experience:

  • Computer literate with background in generator maintenance required.
  • 2 years of electrical, technical, or mechanical experience preferred.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Certification with at least one National Manufacturer preferred.

Generator Technician

Essential Functions:

  • Must be able to organize and coordinate resources to complete assigned tasks.
  • Timely diagnosis and repair of generators within a maintenance window.
  • Must comply with and enforce all company safety standards.
  • Must be able to accommodate out of town travel.
  • Ability to lift over 75 Pounds.
  • Must have the ability to read blueprints.
  • Manage supplies, tools, equipment, components, and logistics for multiple jobs.
  • Around the clock availability for Emergency service calls.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass pre-hire Drug Screen and random Drug Testing.
  • Ability to read and carry out written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Great physical condition and stamina.
  • Exceptional personal and electronic communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, team player, goal oriented professional.
  • Display customer driven, time sensitive work ethic.

Education and Experience:

  • Computer literate with mechanical aptitude preferred.
  • 1 year of electrical, technical, or mechanical experience.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
