Lead Generator Technician
Essential Functions:
- Must be able to plan, organize and coordinate all resources required to direct a project in the timely diagnosis and repair of generators within a maintenance window.
- Must comply with and enforce all company safety standards.
- Must be able to accommodate occasional out of town travel.
- Ability to lift over 75 Pounds.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Manage supplies, tools, equipment, components, and logistics for multiple jobs.
- Ability to manage crew for cost effective and timely project completion.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass pre-hire Drug Screen and random Drug Testing.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions.
- Ability to work independently.
- Great physical condition and stamina.
- Exceptional personal and electronic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter, team player, goal oriented professional.
Education and Experience:
- Computer literate with background in generator maintenance required.
- 2 years of electrical, technical, or mechanical experience preferred.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Certification with at least one National Manufacturer preferred.
